This Privacy Policy explains how Vipree collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our dashboard and its connected publishing features, including YouTube integration.

Information we collect

When you create or use a Vipree account, we may process account information, channel or page identifiers, publishing preferences, scheduled content, media URLs, post metadata, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Google and YouTube data

Vipree uses YouTube API Services. If you choose to connect a YouTube channel, Google asks for your permission before sharing data with Vipree. Depending on the permissions you approve, Vipree may access your YouTube channel identifier and the authorization credentials required to upload videos and verify the connected channel.

Vipree uses this data only to provide the features you request, including connecting your channel, uploading and publishing videos, validating the destination channel, and maintaining the authorized connection. Vipree does not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising.

Your use of YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

OAuth credentials

Access and refresh tokens supplied by Google are stored securely and used only for the connected channel. Access tokens may be renewed so authorized publishing can continue without requiring you to sign in for every upload. Vipree does not request or store your Google password.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Vipree dashboard.
• Create, schedule, upload, and manage content at your direction.
• Confirm that content is sent to the channel you connected.
• Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with service providers needed to operate requested features, with platforms you explicitly connect, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information or connected-channel credentials.

Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Disconnecting Google or YouTube

You may disconnect a channel through Vipree when that option is available. You can also revoke Vipree's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized API access, although previously published content remains on the destination platform unless you remove it there.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access to or deletion of your Vipree account data through the support method available in your Vipree account. When a connected channel is disconnected or an account is deleted, associated authorization credentials are removed unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
